    Great photos. We have what I call, that zig-zag spider too. Have you noticed that if you get too close to the web the spider will start making the web move back and forth? We see them all over down here.

    That deer photo is really nice.

    The old-timers here call them writing spiders. My maternal Grandmother, who was rather superstitious, said if it ever spelled your name you were sure to die.
