Rice Pudding .... m'good

Rice Pudding

Beat slightly to mix:
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar

Scald:
2 cups milk

Add above to:
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole which has been set in another baking pan containing one inch of warm water. 

Bake at 350*F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
6 servings
