Timmerman Trail

Scott and I decided to walk along the Timmerman Trail near the SCE&G complex just to get out of the house for a little while. We did not spot any gators today but we did watch a couple guys in canoes for a little while; they looked like they were having a lot of fun.

Of course Nature had some beauties for us to appreciate and photograph as always. Lots of fungus from all the rain we've been getting lately and the Spanish Moss hanging from the tree's is always so attractive.

  1. What a lovely peaceful looking place! Great photos of all the fungi and that Spanish Moss (also called Grandfather's Beard here)is magnificent! My neighbour has some on trees in his backyard and the birds come and take bits for nest building :-)

  2. Holy cow that is some cool and diverse fungus! I've got so many photos of mushrooms. They are just so neat.
