Thursday!

Well here it is Thursday evening all ready. I managed to pull a muscle in my chest today so it's going to be an early night and a muscle relaxer for this gal. Too many heavy boxes for my department this week. I'm really glad that tomorrow I am working just 4 hours and hopefully the worst of the heavy stuff can be dealt with by the younger FELLAS.

Scott and I went to Outback Steakhouse tonight for dinner and a lovely steak dinner. Mine came with a few pieces from a blooming onion and was so tasty. I also got a Caesar salad and un-sweet tea. Scott got a similar meal but he got asparagus and salad that had pecans on it. We had a $25 gift card burning a hole in our pocket so we used that to pay for part of the meal. ( A gift from his sister for our Anniversary ) .

I've been up since 2:15 AM and am about to fall over typing but I wanted to post something about today before I turni n for the evening. The reason I got up so early is some of my co-workers wanted to meet at Denny's for breakfast at 3:30. There were 4 of us and the food was good once it finally got to the table. I joked that she had to go out back butcher a hog for the bacon, gather eggs and make grits from corn before it could be made into our meals. But it was 3:30 in the morning and I appreciated her effort to be there and semi-alert at that hour. I had a loaded vegetable omelet made from egg whites, grits and an English muffin.

All in all it's been a full day and LONG... ready for some ZZZzzz's now. Goodnight~
