We've Reduced our asking price....

We have lowered our asking price for our 10 acres in Fairfield County to $54,500. This is BEAUTIFUL property with several wonderful home sites. Neighbors are near but not right in your face.

    I can see that it is beautiful property! And this is the perfect time to buy for building a home, with interest rates so low now.
