We are expecting a HARD freeze tonight so Scott harvested the remaining green tomatoes and cut the plants down. He also stored the cages for the winter. Here is our harvest...
We are thinking about making either Chow Chow or Green Tomato Pickles. OR laying them out on newspaper to ripen.

ReplyDeleteI just had to check a little zone envy! Our we-better-pick-this-before-it-freezes seems so long ago already! Its snowing good today, but I doubt it will stay. I sure hope you had a great holiday!
