On My Mind .... A home cooked meal

Terriyaki pork tenderloin, corn-on-the-cob and cauliflower and broccoli in a cheese sauce
Tried a new recipe for the cheese sauce which was SUPER easy! Just make sure you are watching it after adding the milk as it will boil over - ask me how I know? ; )

  2. very nice! the cheese sauce looks luscious! Once my son's summer job was nightwork, he would come home and be working out with weights in our garage at 3 a.m. because he couldn't go to sleep when he came home. I have a neighbor the same way. love, andrea

  3. Hi Becky, there's nothing so nice as an honest home cooked meal. I've been taking a few shortcuts lately and your post reminds me that sometimes the simple things are worth a little extra time.
    Thanks for sharing.

  6. That looks good! I've been hungry for some corn pudding. Not in my repertoire though. I had a friend years ago that made it and it was so sweet and buttery and good!
