Tracy's Rum Apple Butter with Raisins |
Thanks to Down to Earth I've met a wonderful gal here in South Carolina. Hopefully we will continue to build a wonderful friendship. We swapped canned items and chatted for an hour and a half. I'm willing to treat for lunch next time since Tracy was so sweet to buy this time. Perhaps we will make it somewhere closer to her home... I wonder if she'd be up for Shealy's BBQ?
I can hardly wait for breakfast... going to try some of her yummy apple butter on my toast.
PS... I know I'm early posting this but wanted to link it to Rhonda's Blog for this weekly feature since it was her doing that made Tracy and I meet.
Mmmm, that apple and raisin butter would be yummy on cold ham or hot pork over Christmas.

Apple butter? Never heard of that before!
ReplyDeleteThat is so nice Becky! Rhonda's is such a worldwide gathering place and everyone I've encountered there has been sooooo nice.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the apple butter! Oh.....my....apple butter...mmmmmm. I've never made it myself, but I am going to add it to the list next year. It is so yummy!
How lovely! We always have room for new friends, they make life great, don't they?
ReplyDeleteHooray that the internet can bring about the gift of new friendships.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool that you have the blessing of a new friendship (and yummy apple butter) via the internet. That's such a neat thing :) :) Enjoy the apple butter. I love apple butter on top of real butter on top of a real biscuit :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
