Mama Bear
Well this Mama Bear is ready to get ferocious! My son is being harassed DAILY at his job and I so want to step in and get them told out there. He has filed complaints but they do NOTHING! It is reverse minority situation out there and he comes home exhausted and depressed. He is 27 but he is still my child and I so want to get involved and the situation resolved! But I fear that would make the situation even worse. I just don't know what to do to help him.

That is my hope Lorraine! He really is too old for me to fight his battles but some days... GRRRRrrr...
DeleteOh Becky there is nothing you can do he needs to handle this himself unfortunately, he will figure it out that is the hard part about being a Mama. Hopefully he can figure it out quickly. Sit back and only help if he asks, just be there for him and he may just do that. HUGS B

DeleteNo one should have to experience stress like that on a daily basis--its bad for a body in so many ways. I hope things get all straightened out and that both the men in your life find greater happiness in their work. It would be trying to have to work somewhere you hated. I shall count my blessings for that.
