Deltec Homes

Scott and I attended a Deltec Homes Workshop this past weekend and are ready to have one built on our property. We just have to get this house ready to sell. Our plan is to sell anything without a real function or connection to us over the next 11 months to "empty" the house a good bit. And then next March we plan to put this place on the market. LOTS to do in 11 months but we will do our best to move forward with our plans.We are looking at having a 1200 square foot Deltec put on our 10 acres. Just big enough for two to live in on a regular basis and then a visitor every now and then. I've been playing around with their graph paper layout and have a house drawn up all ready. Scott and I will probably move the walls and such about over the next 11 months on paper and then present our own drawing to Deltec to put into blueprint plans.
