This morning we decided to go for a walk before it started to get too hot. We drove to the West Columbia Entrance and those lots were full; Joe Pinner ( A local personality) was speaking at a 9/11 Memorial so we turned around and went to the Cayce entrance where we could get parking more easily. The weather was absolutely beautiful!
We went for a drive by our river today, too. It is still very hot and humid here -- no sign of a cool down.

I love your pictures, especially the lizards. I have a few of them running around in the back yard and have seen a few babies, including one outside our bedroom window this afternoon.

The lizards are always a highlight for me as well! I never see them where I live!
