You know, I have never in my life eaten mustard greens. I'm not sure they've ever been offered to me. But, that is more of Southern thing, right? Collards, too, for that matter--though I know I've tried them a time or two.
ReplyDeleteYes I do believe the "Greens" thing is Southern. When I lived in Upstate NY we ate Spinach and Swiss Chard. Collards and Mustard Greens are more bitter.
