I came across and joined this forum and thought others would like to be made aware of it's presence on the web.

Last pictures from festival!

Bill Wells and the Blue Ridge Mountain Grass were the last band to play. Bill owns "Bill's Pickin' Parlor" in West Columbia SC and they do weekly shows there.

Elise Partin at Festival

Elise was able to meet and talk with a few more Cayce Residents at the Festival.

Family and Bluegrass

Scott couldn't resist taking a couple of me... yeeh GADS! And his Mother was also attending with a friend. They had just returned from "A Taste of Columbia"... busy day for her.

More Congaree Bluegrass photos!

Couple took on the urge to dance and then Scott got their picture when they returned to their seats.

And backstage pictures of bands during warmups.

We attended the Congaree Blue Grass Festival

Scott took LOTS of pictures and was so tickled with the fact that he got his picture taken with 2 of the original Bluegrass Tarheels that were started in 1963. The fiddle that was on stage with them was made in 1904 and has traveled to 28 foreign countries with it's owner.
